(Help): Fix typos and reword.
(Help Summary): Add entries for C-h n and C-h r, reorder
entries, and do some minor fixes.
(Name Help): Say that C-h F works for commands only.
(Misc Help): Say that view-lossage displays 300 keystrokes.
